Method of producing quilted mesh insulation

The raw wool coming out of the production line is layered according to the customer's request for thickness, density, and dimensions, sewn onto a mesh-covered sheet, and woven using a sewing machine. If the order includes aluminum or craft paper coating, this layer is placed before the raw wool is layered on the mesh. Therefore, first the wire mesh, then the paper or aluminum layer, and finally the stone wool fibers are placed on top of each other and finally sewn using a sewing machine.

Method of producing board insulation

After melting basalt rock in the furnace and immediately after it exits the furnace, it is melted with the help of very strong blowers and entered into the fiber making machine. Meanwhile, a specific resin with special compounds, mainly phenolic resin and water, is added to the molten sprays. At the end of the fiber making machine, we observe stone wool fibers that are slightly wetter. These are referred to as resin stone wool.

Method of producing pipe insulation

This type of insulation is resin-based, meaning that raw stone wool is mixed with resin and after molding on specific templates, it is baked inside a special chamber and is baked for 15 to 60 minutes depending on its thickness. After baking, the insulations are not perfectly shaped, so skilled workers use a special cutter to refine them to achieve the standard appearance and thickness.

Method of producing duvet insulation

The production method of Phenoflet has many similarities to the production of Phenopanel, in fact, the production method is the same with the difference that in this product, due to its lower density compared to board insulation, less wool is used and also much less resin is used.
