Stone wool roll or insulating blanket (Phenofelt)
Stonewool roll or insulating blanket, or colloquially Phenofelt, is a flexible product and has mostly come to the market to replace glass wool insulation.
Almost no one is unaware of the drawbacks and problems of working with glass wool, which is why this product is used much more strongly instead. Although this product is thinner and weaker among stone wool products, it is much, much stronger than glass wool insulation and has a much lower heat transfer coefficient and, of course, has no environmental problems like glass wool.
The production method of Phenofelt is very similar to the production of Phenopanel, meaning that the production method is the same, with the difference that in this product, less insulation is used due to its lower density compared to board insulation and also much less resin is used.
This product is produced in dimensions of 1.2x10 meters, which is mainly done in 3 forms:
1- Simple Phonofelt
2- Phonofelt with craft paper cover
3- Reinforced aluminum-coated Phonofelt
In more than 95% of orders, the aluminum-coated product is requested.
